Do you own the properties you offer?
We don’t own most of the properties. Instead, we manage and lease homes under the Bayt Spaces brand to ensure consistent quality and a premium guest experience

How do I make a booking?
You can book by contacting our team directly for the best rates and a personalised experience. We’re also listed on major corporate accommodation platforms if you prefer to book through them.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay period?
We offer flexible stays starting from 2 nights, but we love hosting guests for longer periods. If you’re looking for an extended stay, get in touch with our team to discuss exclusive discounts. We’d love to discuss the right solution for you.
Can I extend my stay after booking?
Yes, you can extend your stay subject to availability. Simply reach out to the team member who assisted you after booking and they’ll be happy to ensure your stay continues smoothly and comfortably.
Do you require a security deposit?
A security deposit may be required depending on the property and length of stay. Our team will provide all the details before you confirm your booking, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

What amenities are included in your properties?
All our properties come thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, fresh linens, and essential toiletries. Many also include added touches such as streaming services, and welcome packs to make you feel at home.
Do your properties have parking?

Are your properties family-friendly?

Isn’t this just subletting?
Not exactly. We operate properties under fully transparent company-let or management agreements, with the landlord’s full knowledge and consent. This ensures that all arrangements are legally complaint, above board, and designed to protect both landlords and guests.
How can you guarantee the rent — and what if the property doesn’t get bookings?
Your rent is guaranteed regardless of bookings. Even if a property isn’t fully booked, you still receive your agreed rent. We take on the financial risk, while ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards. By creating exceptional guest experiences, we build long-term relationships that keep bookings steady and your property performing consistently.
We’d want a break clause in the agreement
We understand flexibility is important and are happy to discuss a break clause that works for both parties. Our goal is to build a long-term partnership with landlords, and we invest significantly in furnishing, designing, and maintaining each property to the high standards Bayt Spaces is known for.
So is this like Airbnb?
While we do occasionally use platforms like Airbnb to fill gaps, our primary focus is hosting corporate clients, professionals, and relocators. Our guests are typically respectful working travellers who value peace, privacy, and well-kept spaces. We also ensure each property is professionally cleaned and prepared between stays to maintain its high quality.
Isn’t this classed as an HMO if there are multiple guests?
No, our guests book as a group or under a single company. We don’t house unrelated individuals separately. The property is always let as one unit, and we stay well within all licensing rules and legal boundaries.
What if guests throw parties or cause damage?
We have strict no-party policies, guest vetting procedures, and 24/7 monitoring in place. We only work with trusted professionals, and our team carries out regular checks to ensure the property is respected at all times. If issues ever arise, we deal with them swiftly and professionally which means your property stays protected.
